A small detail is that she doesn’t have her license yet but this would be motivation for her to get it if she knew she was getting a sports car. My husband accused me of only wanting the car to impress the neighbours. He went on to say that I only got the idea of getting our daughter a car because the neighbours got their daughter a car.
